    This total health support program is focused on helping you improve and maintain your health. You can take advantage of a variety of services, including personal health coaching, maternity care program, 24-hour nurseline, weight management, tobacco cessation, chronic condition management, health assessment, and much more. It's confidential and is provided at no cost to you.
  • Medical
    We offer four medical plan options nationwide, ranging from a PPO plan to a high-deductible plan with Health Savings Account. We also offer regional HMOs in limited areas.
  • Dental
    Two dental PPO plan options cover preventive care, as well as basic, major, and orthodontic services.
  • Prescription Drugs
    Prescription drug coverage is included with all medical plans.
  • Vision
    Our voluntary vision plan covers routine eye exams, lenses, frames, contacts, and laser vision correction.
  • Flexible Reimbursement Accounts
    Two types of reimbursement accounts allow you to use pretax dollars to pay for eligible health care and dependent care expenses.

  • 401(k) Savings Plan 
    The Plan offers pretax and Roth 401(k) deferral options, an opportunity for matching dollars from our Company, a wide range of investment options, and access to your money in the event of financial need prior to retirement.
  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan 
    The plan gives you the opportunity to purchase shares of First American common stock at a discounted rate of 15 percent from the market price.

  • Life and Accident Insurance 
    We offer Company-paid basic life and business travel accident insurance, as well as voluntary supplemental coverage for employees and their dependents.
  • Disability Insurance
    Company-paid short-term disability coverage will protect your income if you become disabled and are unable to work. We also offer the option to purchase additional short-term and long-term disability coverage.
