How to File a Claim for the Southwest Region

Arizona, Arkansas, California, Hawaii, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas and Utah.

 

Several options exist for filing a First American claim. You may contact us by phone, email, fax, or letter.

A First American representative will guide you through the initial steps for filing a claim.

Email:

Indicate in your email that you would like to file a claim and attach any supporting documents. Direct the email to southwestclaims@firstam.com.

Fax:

Fax an explanation of your claim and any supporting documentation to 1-877-858-8033.

Letter:

Mail an explanation of your claim and any documents to First American directly, at the following address:
