How to File a Title Insurance Claim

Several options exist for filing a title insurance claim with First American. You may contact us by phone, email, fax, or letter.

Email:

Indicate in your email that you would like to file a claim and attach any supporting documents including an explanation of the claim. Direct the email to Claims.NIC@firstam.com.

Fax:

Fax an explanation of your claim and any supporting documentation to 877-804-7606.

Letter:

Hardcopy documents may be sent to First American directly, at the following address:
