Life-of-Loan Tracking
To keep up with flood map revisions, First American offers Life-of-Loan tracking. First American tracks all FEMA map revisions which can affect the insurance requirements for the loan. Coverage is transferable when the loan is sold to another lender or servicer.

HMDA Census Tract Reporting
To comply with the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA), current Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) data is available. Comparable to flood searches, our tract coding and mapping services are extremely efficient and reliable. Census data may be ordered concurrently with a flood search or in bulk.
