First American Fulfillment Solutions provides cradle-to-grave loan processing solutions from loan application to post closing/funding. Lenders can outsource all or portions of the loan process to First American. The solution provides lenders a private labeled, transactional pricing model based on closed loans with little upfront capital investment.

First American's post closing service, offered via partnerships, will consolidate our customers' credit and collateral package already processed to ensure that the completed package is properly executed to the highest levels of quality. Registration with MERS or the FHA is also accomplished during the process. Final preparation includes imaging and electronic transfer per request. Data extracts to servicers enhance set up on those systems and third-party quality control sampling can be included into the overall package.
