2006 ALTA Policy and Endorsement Forms
The American Land Title Association (“ALTA”) Forms Committee has completed its work on a project that began in late 2003 – to revise the standard, or “base,” ALTA Owner’s and Loan Policy forms and a number of related forms. These new forms were formally adopted by the ALTA Board of Governors at its meeting on June 17, 2006.
