First American Earns Perfect Score on Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2019 Corporate Equality Index

Company earns 100 percent on Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 17th annual scorecard on LGBTQ Workplace Equality

First American Financial Corporation (NYSE: FAF), a leading global provider of title insurance, settlement services and risk solutions for real estate transactions, announced today that the company earned a perfect score of 100 on the 2019 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), the nation’s premier benchmarking survey and report on corporate policies and practices related to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) workplace equality, administered by the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation. First American joins the ranks of over 560 major U.S. businesses that also earned perfect scores this year.
