First American Transportation Title Insurance Company, a member of The First American Corporation (NYSE:FAF) family of companies, today announced the promotion of Ann M. Lennon to the position of vice president. Lennon will continue to serve in her capacity as operations manager of First American's Aircraft Title Division, which is the industry's leading provider of title insurance for aircraft.

Lennon is responsible for marketing and promoting First American's Aircraft Division title insurance policies. Lennon also serves as facilitator to all of the company's licensed aircraft title insurance agents, aiding with technical requests and overseeing licensing requirements.

Widely respected throughout the industry, Lennon serves as secretary of the National Aircraft Resale Association's Associates Members Advisory Board and she is on the board of directors of the National Aircraft Finance Association. Lennon joined First American from the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association's (AOPA) division of Title and Escrow Services where she served as vice president and general manager. Lennon worked with AOPA for 36 years.

An accomplished pilot herself, Lennon has been licensed since 1966 and still flies as often as possible. Ann is an Oklahoma native residing in Oklahoma City with her husband of 32 years, John.
