Credit Score Disclosure with Notice to Home Loan Applicant
First American provides an automated service that electronically delivers both FACT Act required documents with every credit report ordered. With our premium service, the documents can be mailed directly to the applicant.
Enhanced Decode Directory (EDD)
EDD is a customizable service that provides a comprehensive summary of each creditor's contact information directly on the credit report. Decoded information includes the contact's name, address and telephone number, if available. All duplicate contact information is eliminated.
Rapid ReCheck
Rapid ReCheck is a premium service offered by First American CREDCO to speed bureau-level updates. Thanks to our strong partnerships with the national credit bureaus, First American is able to offer our clients this fast, permanent updating of repository records.
Anthem Suite of Services
The Anthem Suite is a program to help expand the availability of A-grade mortgage financing to loan applicants with little or no traditional credit history. The Anthem Report is a non-traditional credit report that supplements the available bureau data with alternative credit sources (e.g. rent, utilities, etc.).
