Delinquency Letter Mailing Service
As an enhancement to tax payment status reporting, we will provide delinquency follow-up mail services. The product is customized to fit your individual requirements, but will provide written notification on your letterhead at designated intervals, with requests for proof of payment to be provided.
Based upon the actions of the borrower, additional escalation letters can be sent. Throughout the process, you will be kept informed through a series of management reports and SMARTWeb system data. All responses received are compiled and communicated to you.
