PMI Release Outsourcing and Valuations
Our PMI Release Department focuses on providing our clients with specialized outsourcing options for their borrowers' PMI Removal needs. First American eAppraiseIT's PMI Department offers lenders a cost-effective, outsourced alternative to maintaining a costly in-house staff dedicated to managing the valuation ordering process. Benefits also include specialized counseling to discuss lenders' PMI removal requirements and the appraisal process, and to further comply with HOPA 1998 valuation needs and current OCC guidelines.
During counseling, our representatives can offer initial valuation products such as AVM's (automated valuation models) to assist borrowers in their decision to proceed, obtaining direct pre-payment, and appraisal delivery to both lenders and borrowers.
