I stepped out of the industry for a bit, expanding and enriching my human resources and talent management experience as the Human Resources Director for a global management consulting firm that combines expertise and proprietary training tools to help turn workplace environments into a powerful source of competitive strength, while creating collaborative, successful relationships among people at all levels of the organization. I returned to the real estate arena better prepared, learned, and ready to apply best practices and principles of creating and maintaining a successful and consistent high-trust environment for employees and management to perpetuate the mission of creating great places to work.
