Alex de Hondol

Alexander de Hondol, Vice President for First American Title Company, has been a part of the Southwest Region National Commercial Services Division since 1997. He was a member of the Las Vegas operation for 6 years before being transferred to Phoenix in June of 2003.  Alex’s background in the commercial real estate industry is not limited to title insurance.  Prior to joining  First American Title, he was a broker and developer with Moon Ridge Development Company, Las Vegas for seven years where he was involved in transactions including industrial big box tilt up, mini-storages, commercial power centers, land assemblage, and multifamily projects.  Alex’s extensive experience in commercial real estate brings value to his clients by being able to be more than a title person, but a true advocate for his customers.

Alex’s title and development background has afforded him the opportunity to help two of the Nation’s top REIT’s design and implement their national acquisitions platforms.  The amount of national business that he generates has provided a strong pulse of not just the Arizona market, but with markets across the United States.  He has been invited to speak on many panels, board meetings, investor forums, new agent training, and economic update symposiums due to his vast knowledge and experience in so many markets.  Some of the clients that he has the honor to work with are Cole Real Estate Investments, Walton International, Aaron Rents, DeRito Partners, Kitchell, Newton Oldacre McDonald, Store Capital, and Olympia Group.
