I have been a real estate investor, broker, pre-licensing instructor and asset manager. For myself and my partners, I handled the acquisition, management and disposition of scores of investment properties. In addition, I have been involved in a wide variety of real estate projects including commercial property tax appeals, lease analysis/negotiations and construction management.
Brian holds the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He also has an Executive Master’s degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver where he was President of the Real Estate Club. Brian graduated with a 3.97 GPA and received awards for outstanding graduate performance and student leadership. Brian was also part of the team that won the prominent NAIOP 2008 Rocky Mountain Real Estate Challenge. In addition, Brian won the 2011 NAIOP Developing Leaders Award and is actively involved in a number of professional organizations. He was elected as 2012 President of the Colorado/Wyoming Chapter of CCIM and 2013 First VP for the Rocky Mountain Region of CCIM.
Brian bought his first investment property at the age of 16 and obtained his broker’s license at 22 years old. While obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Finance, Brian continued to invest in real estate and brokered a couple hundred properties. Brian has owned several dozen assets in multiple states. He is actively involved in a number of community service organizations including the Boy Scouts of America.
