Jason Geary

As an account executive with First American Title, Jason Geary makes it his business to understand and meet the individual needs of his clientele. Working closely with real estate professionals and mortgage specialists, he offers a well-rounded perspective on the roadblocks and opportunities encountered throughout the course of a real estate transaction as well as in building personal businesses.

Though Jason launched his career in the title industry he has readily shifted gears, taking measures become well-versed in industry-related fields. For four years he worked at the offices of the Assessor and Recorder in the County of San Bernardino, an experience that allowed him to build an incomparable knowledge of the intricacies involved in real estate transactions. He transitioned into a position as a licensed real estate agent, a move that not only provided him with insight into the demands facing today’s real estate professionals, but one that also reinforced his decision to return to a career in title.

Early in his title career Jason took advantage of the opportunity to gain experience in multiple departments including title services, customer service and the FARM division. His position with the latter had him collaborating with real estate agents, identifying their business and marketing needs and creating solutions that fit their individual styles and approaches. Today Jason enjoys commiserating with his business network, revving their professional engines by strategizing ways to best meet the expectations of a diverse consumer base while adhering to industry rules and regulations. He’s also an excellent liaison between agents and mortgage professionals and the title specialists within First American Title.

He specializes in the residential resale market in San Bernardino County, From San Bernardino, to Redlands and Yucaipa, working with properties at every price point. Jason’s client-centric approach is the glue that holds many transactions together. “Through my work with the county I’ve gained a better knowledge of how and where to find resources pertaining to title issues, as well as critical deadlines that can have a tremendous impact on home owners,” he notes. “I share this knowledge when it’s applicable, to help maintain smooth and successful transactions.”

Though he’s a dedicated professional, Jason hasn’t relegated his personal interests to the back seat. An avid outdoorsman and automobile enthusiast, he revels in the opportunity to attend NASCAR events when time permits. He’s also a family man; Jason and his wife Ashley are proud parents to a son, Bradley.
