Jill C. Sharif
Jill C. Sharif serves as Vice President – National Business Development for the National Commercial Services division of First American Title Insurance Company. She also serves as the Vice President, National Sales Director for the UCC Division of First American Title Insurance Company.
In February 2000, Ms. Sharif joined First American Title Insurance Company as an Internal Auditor for the state office in Connecticut. In September 2000, she was promoted to Assistant Regional Controller for the Northeast Region in Boston, Massachusetts. In June 2002, Ms. Sharif accepted a position as a sales and marketing representative for the UCC Division where she now serves as their National Sales Director. She will now also focus on expanding our commercial presence in the New England states for the National Commercial Services Division.
In In her current role, Ms. Sharif is responsible for sales, marketing, and business development for The First American Title Insurance Company’s National Commercial Services Division’s array of products and services. As such, she has provided numerous presentations on the application of the EAGLE 9® UCC Insurance Policy for Lender’s and Buyer’s, as well as, Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code, and title insurance for real estate mezzanine loan transactions.
Ms. Sharif is a graduate of the University of Connecticut, and is a member of ICSC, NAIOP, NEWiRE, REFA, and TMA.
