Laura is a dynamic, results-producing sales and business development professional with experience in title research and insurance needs for energy developers, lenders and their council. Her eye for detail and follow up build value for her customers. She adapts to market trends to drive effective insurance solutions for her clients.

Laura Jean Curley hand holds her clients’ orders from beginning title orders to close of escrow and title policy. Since joining First American's Energy Group at its inception, Laura has participated in researching or insuring energy-related transactions in many US states, plus Canada and Mexico. The proposed technologies have included wind, solar, geothermal, hydro, gas storage, biomass and biofuel. In her role, Laura interacts with developers, lenders and their counsel translating client requirements into insurance solutions. Laura majored in Business Administration & Interdisciplinary Studies at Bentley College; She is fluent in Spanish and is a Certified ABA approved Paralegal. She has over 20 years’ experience in the real estate and title insurance industry. Laura lives in Southern California with her family. Her passions include people and their stories, creative writing, theatre, travel and golf.
