Martha serves as New Hampshire State Counsel and provides highly responsive underwriting guidance and support to our New Hampshire agents. She has a positive and practical approach to issue resolution regardless of the complexity of the transaction.

A knowledgeable and customer-focused title professional, Martha leads the New Hampshire Underwriting team to continue to provide responsive underwriting guidance and support to our agents in New Hampshire.

Martha brings over 20 years of industry experience working in residential and commercial real estate. She joined First American Title in 2022 as Senior Underwriting Counsel.  Martha has a positive and practical approach to issue resolution regardless of the complexity of the transaction.  Prior to joining First American Title, she worked as an associate attorney for a prominent New Hampshire law firm.  Her previous experience in private practice has given her a unique understanding of how our agents do business and what they expect from their underwriter.

Martha graduated cum laude from Boston University with a Bachelor of Arts in political science and received her Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School. She has been a member of the New Hampshire and Massachusetts State Bars since 2008.
