Patrick Fountaine
Patrick Fountaine is Vice President and Manager for the National Commercial Services (NCS) division of First American Title Insurance Company.
Pat is responsible for the management and day to day operations of First American Title Insurance Company's National Commercial Services Branch for the Sacramento and surrounding areas.
Mr. Fountaine began his career n the title industry in 1969 and joined First American in August of 1986. During his career with First American, Pat has managed multiple operations at the County and Regional levels in both Northern California and Nevada. Pat possesses extensive experience in matters of "Title, Escrow, Underwriting and Claims Administration" and is a past member of the California Land Title Association.
