My name is Patty Langella, and I am the agency manager in Columbia, South Carolina. A committed and experienced professional, I am responsible for developing and retaining a quality customer base of attorney agents through the acquisition of new business and maintenance of existing customers. I interface with division and state management in carrying out the functions of the position. I have an ongoing responsibility for maintaining the customer relationship and servicing the customer's needs throughout the entire sales process.
I graduated from the University of South Carolina with an associate's degree in business management. I joined the First American Title family in 1996 and I have more than 16 years of experience in the title insurance industry. In addition to sales, I am an active participant in First American’s Divisional Business IT Technology Group.
