Troy Lochhead

Troy has more than 36 years of Title and Escrow experience.

Prior to First American’s acquisition of Nevada Title Company, Troy was employed there for 29 years.  Her responsibilities included managing the Builder Services Title Division and working as Senior Vice President and Manager of the Commercial Division. Prior to her employment at Nevada Title Company, Troy worked in the Title and Escrow Industry in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Troy has closed transactions with values totaling over several billions of dollars encompassing all types of commercial properties from hotel casino properties, apartment portfolios, golf courses, business parks and many more.
