The EAGLE Protection Owners Policy is issued on qualifying single family, one to four residential units providing coverage and protection never before offered. The EAGLE Policy is an ALTA Plain Language Owners policy with extended coverage including but not limited to:

- Compliance with Subdivision Map Act
- Restrictive Covenant Violations
- Post Policy Forgery

WHY WE DID IT:
The EAGLE Protection Owners Policy was created to benefit homeowners and real estate professionals. For homeowners we recognized a need for more coverages, including some that have not traditionally been offered by Title Insurers, some that deal with post-policy title matters have not been a part of title insurance at all, and some that have only been available previously by endorsement when specifically requested. For real estate professionals we saw a need to reduce homeowner concerns that created callbacks and professional challenges arising from incidents not covered by title insurance. The result was the EAGLE policy, offering greater protection and increased peace of mind.
