Realtor Information
We provide continuous seminars to increase customer
awareness and knowledge. Our Customer Service department provides information for
Realtors which can be downloaded on diskettes such as: owners names and addresses,
site locations, Assessor Parcel Numbers, county assessed values, property taxes, transfer
taxes (which is 1.1% of selling price), date of last transaction, designation of
property usage along with farm packages and topography maps. Please contact our
Marketing and Sales Representative in our main office to fulfill any special
requests that you may have.
