When the Sonoma County Division of First American Title Company was originated in 1962, it was known as North Coast Title. We became First American Title Company in 1972 and have since become the largest provider of title and escrow services in the County. We have ten convenient locations throughout the area to serve our customers and have over 100 years of strength and stability standing behind the policies of title insurance we issue and a vast network of offices nationwide.

Today, First American Title Company is the industry leader in utilizing cutting edge technology to better serve the needs of the consumer. Our night closing and night sign-off services were developed in 1995 to facilitate the changing needs of our customers.
