FIRST AMERICAN TITLE OF WARREN COUNTY

Warren County Abstract was established in 1968. That year they acquired
Hickman Abstract and Wilson Abstract. After acquiring those offices we
became the only office with a full title plant. In 1999 we were
acquired by First American Title Insurance Company. In the Fall of 2003
we started to do Mortgage Closings. George Coon had been the
owner/manager from the time Warren County Abstract was started until he
retired in March of 2004. Derek Draisey became the manager after that
and we moved the office to a new location. We officially changed our
name to First American Title of Warren County in June of 04. The office
staff has over 59 combined years of service in the abstract business.
The office is open Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. First
American Title of Warren County also provides pick-up and delivery
service throughout the greater Des Moines area.
