The Indianapolis office of First American Title Insurance Company opened in the fall of 1991. The operation presently has seven offices and provides title insurance and closing services for more than eleven counties located in central Indiana. The continued growth of the City of Indianapolis has been the catalyst for our growth in central Indiana.
The Talon Group formed in 2004 to help meet the needs of the ever expanding metropolitan Indianapolis area. Two residential closing offices and one specialized Commercial office downtown help provide complete coverage to our title and escrow customers.
Metropolitan Title's roots in northern Indiana date back to 1956 when the original York Title and Escrow opened their doors in St. Joseph County. Through steady growth and expansion Metropolitan Title now regularly serves over twenty-five counties with seventeen offices providing title insurance and closing services.
Indianapolis has come a long way since its inception to the Union in 1816 as the 19th State. From State Parks to casinos, Amish Country to the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, the Indianapolis 500 to high school basketball, Indiana has something to offer every "Hoosier".
