The Reconveyance department issues reconveyances of Trust Deeds. The Post Closing department receives a packet from escrow whenever a mortgage or trust deed is paid off. We then follow up with the lender and make sure that the proper documentation is received and a satisfaction or reconveyance is issued and recorded.
