First American Title Insurance Company acquired the Jefferson County operation of Charter Title Corporation in September of 1998.  Although the name didn't change to First American Title Insurance and Escrow Company until October of 1998, this was not the introduction of First American to the Jefferson County real estate market. 

We have been underwriting title policies in Jefferson County since 1993.  We are a full service title and escrow company offering the finest service and products available.   Our staff of real estate professionals bring years of local service and expertise to the title and escrow arena, enabling
