Title Fundamentals for the Real Estate Professional C-2823   3 clock hours
This class provides an informative dialogue about title insurance that will be helpful for agents seeking knowledge about how to collaborate with the title company during a transaction for success and "peace of mind."

Escrow Fundamentals C-3579   4 clock hours
This course is designed to help agents understand the duties of the escrow officer, the escrow instructions and other services that escrow performs. We will discuss the HUD-1 settlement statement, discover common escrow issues that could delay closing and develop an awareness of transaction management.

Creating and Managing a Successful Lead Generation Program C-4761   3 clock hours
This class was created in response to a need expressed by real estate agents for a plan that will help them maintain consistency in their lead generation. Agents will learn how to organize and systemize their marketing efforts and generate a system for consistently marketing to their client database.

Target Marketing & Farming C-4006   3 clock hours
This course is ideal for agents looking for fresh ideas on prospecting process and strategies. The focus will be on the elements of a successful prospecting program and how to utilize the title company's customer service dept. to help you meet business goals.

Outlook Basics C-3783   3 clock hours
This course designed to teach the real estate agent how to integrate basic Microsoft Outlook functions into their real estate practice. In this class the real estate agent will learn how to work with folders and file attachments, and learn how to troubleshoot real estate agent specific tasks.

E.S.I. Escrow Scene Investigation C-4360   4 clock hours
In this course, agents will become more aware of common escrow scenarios, how these situations could evolve into possible conflicts, and how to identify and avoid these circumstances well ahead of the closing room. Agents will learn from actual case studies that took place in closing rooms across Washington State.

The Short Sale Transaction C-3787   4 clock hours
In this four hour course we will identify the beginning phases of a short sale transaction, learn how a short sale is different from a foreclosure, and we will review common requirements of the underlying lender, title, and escrow company.

Core Curriculum   3 clock hours
This class satisfies the Mandatory Core Requirement to complete your license renewal.
