Construction Loan Disbursement
We offer construction loan disbursement services through our customer service department. With disbursement services, we can:
- Monitor the project for mechanic’s liens
- Title Datedown for each disbursement
- Endorsement to loan policy to give mechanic’s lien coverage for the amounts disbursed
- Disburse funds pursuant to the Disbursement Agreement
