Environmental Historical Records and Regulatory Database Review Report
The Environmental Historical Records & Regulatory Database Review Report accesses many of the same historical resources used in preparing a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) report. In addition to reviewing federal, state and local agency environmental databases, the environmental professional reviews at least two historical sources of data (e.g., historical aerial photographs, fire insurance maps and street directories) to determine whether there are any environmental findings of concern on the property or surrounding properties.
