Transaction Screen Assessments
The assessment is a limited environmental due diligence report that uses a standardized format, ASTM Standard E 1528-06, to conduct limited environmental due diligence. The assessment is conducted by providing a questionnaire to the current owner and major occupant of the property. This limited investigation often includes a recommendation for a Phase I investigation to quantify potential environmental concerns. Transactions screens do not qualify as All Appropriate Inquiries (AAI).
