Senior Lien Monitoring
If the client loan is in a junior position, First American's Trustee Servicing Solutions division will handle the monitoring of the senior lien to ensure the client's interests are protected. We will monitor the progress of the senior lien, notify the client of any updates and provide a means for bidding at the senior sale if there is interest. We will also handle the receipt of the funds from the lender, distribution to the sale site, and update sale results.
What do we offer?
- Following a successful bid, we can work with the lender to get the TDUS for recording purposes.
- If a bid is not successful, we will return the funds quickly and securely.
