Our division appoints a single point of contact client coordinator for both departure and destination transactions. We coordinate with you, your transferee, and real estate agents to make certain that settlement fees are customary and accurate for the area.
Once a contract is secured for the property, we work with the local closing office to prepare and approve final closing figures on the HUD-1 settlement statement. Relocation Advantage makes certain that you receive the proceeds and all closing documentation within 24 hours after disbursement.
