Serving the needs of Asian, African American, Hispanic and other homebuyers and sellers, First American’s Strategic Markets group offers educational materials and services for multicultural consumers.
Our multilingual materials are written in 11 languages: Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, Armenian, Hindi, Punjabi, Russian, Tagalog, Japanese and English. These supplements provide information about the real estate transaction and, specifically, the title and closing/settlement process. In addition, we offer educational tools and seminars to real estate practitioners to assist in best serving the needs of these diverse markets. Most importantly, we train and educate our employees on the provision of quality service to the multicultural consumer by teaching practical applications of cultural nuances in real estate transactions.
