First American Title Insurance Company created the Vacation Ownership Services Division more than two decades ago, with our first office located in Orlando, Florida the virtual birthplace of the vacation ownership industry in the United States.
Since those early days, our group has expanded to include offices in Las Vegas, Nevada and Honolulu, Hawaii. This allows us to meet virtually any transfer, escrow, custodial, trustee, data, or foreclosure need. We have grown with the industry not only geographically but also in our expertise and service offerings, and now boast the largest title and escrow services group dedicated entirely to the vacation ownership industry.
We have dedicated our extensive resources to providing incomparable service both to project developers, and to their most valuable asset: the vacation owners. As long as we’ve been in business we have been committed to finding the best solutions to the complicated challenges of developing a vacation ownership project.
