Direct Foreclosure Title and Resolution Services

Direct Foreclosure Title program tailored to provide nationwide foreclosure title and title resolution services for lenders and servicers and their foreclosure counsel. Additionally, we provide foreclosure title services that focus on the unique requirements in the “power of sale” for the western foreclosure states.

Trustee Sale Guarantee

TSG is a title guarantee issued at the start of foreclosure. It assists the foreclosing beneficiary and trustee by delivering the information needed to verify compliance with state foreclosure statutes. TSG is available in Arizona, California, Nevada, Oregon and Washington.

Asset Closing Services

First American Asset Closing Services® provides title resolution and closing management support to our default servicing clients, and to title and closing offices nationwide for the disposition of REO assets.
