A. To order an appraisal, please select the "Order An Appraisal" link. If you're a current customer, simply log in to the secure ordering platform and select the “Submit Order Request” navigation option to place your appraisal order.

No, First American Staff Appraisals is a direct-hire staff appraisal company that is part of First American Mortgage Solutions' comprehensive suite of valuation solutions for the mortgage lending industry. We feature a unique branch model located in major metropolitan markets throughout the United States. Each branch has a branch manager and support staff to meet your customer service needs. Our appraisers are employees who only work for First American and are not sub-contractors.
Q. I’m a certified appraiser. How can I join the First American Staff Appraisals team?
A. First American is always looking for top quality appraisers. We require a 4-year college degree, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
