Eugene R. Larson has been elected president of Land Title Insurance Company of St. Louis

Eugene R. Larson of St. Louis, Missouri, has been elected president of Land Title Insurance Company of St. Louis, a subsidiary of First American Title Insurance Company.

Larson served as executive vice president of Land Title for four years during the late seventies and recently returned to head the company. He has been associated with the title insurance industry for 34 years.

Land Title Insurance Company dates its beginnings back to 1880. The firm is headquartered in Clayton and has three branch offices serving St. Louis County. First American purchased controlling interest in the company in 1980.

Larson is past president of the Metropolitan St. Louis Title Association and the Suburban Youth Boosters, a community youth organization. A native of St. Louis, Larson served two-and-a-half years in the U.S. Army K-9 Corps.
