First American Title names Frank L. Fulton county manager of Seattle, Washington office

Prior to assuming his new position, Fulton was president of First American Title Company of San Francisco, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the parent company.
Fulton joined First American in 1969 as a searcher in the Company's Riverside, Calif., office. He left the firm to attend law school and returned to the national headquarters in Santa Ana as a staff attorney. Fulton was promoted to regional counsel in 1976, serving Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. He transferred to First American's Seattle, Wash., office in 1979 as regional counsel for the state, a position he held until his promotion to president of First American Title Company of San Francisco in 1982.
Fulton obtained both his bachelor's and J.D. degrees from Western State University of Law, Fullerton, Calif. He has been active in the Washington Land Title Association, serving as chairman of the judiciary committee, member of the executive committee advisory panel and member of the Indian Affairs and Claims Counsel Committees. Fulton also served as a director of the San Francisco Board of Realtors.
