First American Title Company of Los Angeles honors Lou Lovit as 1985 Salesperson of the Year

Lovit closed over $1.2 million in premiums in the resale market in 1985. His award was presented by Don Pins, president of the Los Angeles company, with all company salespersons in the county in attendance. Pins bestowed the Presidential Award as inspirational leader on Betty Gregorio of the Del Amo office.
Lovit's wife, Elaine, received an award as the volume leader for the Tarzana office, having achieved the highest number of orders opened during the year. Others honored were Scott Smith, volume leader, and Chuck Mogavero, percentage income leader, of the Del Amo office; Evelyn O'Leary, volume leader, and John Martinez, percentage income leader, Puente office; and Jim Poppen, overall volume leader in subdivision sales for the county.
