First American Title employs Security Title Corporation of Honolulu, Hawaii as new agent

First American Title Insurance Company, headquartered in Santa Ana, California, has announced that Security Title Corporation, located at 1000 Bishop Street in Honolulu, Hawaii, has become a new agent for the company.

"This agreement almost doubles the policy coverage we have in the Hawaiian Islands," said Lawrence M. White, First American's regional vice president for Hawaii, "and is one more step in First American's growth in the state of Hawaii."

Security Title Corp., headed by President Jack K. Palk, was incorporated in 1963 and currently employs 84 people. On Oahu, the company has offices in Kaneohe and Pearlridge in addition to the main office in Honolulu. Branch offices are located on the islands of Maui, Kauai and Hawaii.

First American Title Insurance Company is the second largest title insurer in the nation with approximately 2,200 branches, subsidiaries, affiliates or agents throughout the United States and in Guam, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and England.
