The historical library at First American Title Insurance Company is currently seeking photographs to add to its collection from the local communities of Orange County.

First American is interested in old or new photographs that show people, places and events throughout Orange County. Original prints may be donated to First American permanently, or loaned to the library so that copies can be made.

First American Title Insurance Company maintains its historical library as a service to customers and the community. Frequent users are teachers, freelance writers, journalists, interior decorators and title customers.

Priscilla Melanson, the company's historian, is available Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Tuesdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at (714) 558-3211 x6239. The library is located in the company's national headquarters, 114 East Fifth Street in Santa Ana.
