First American Title announces promotion of Michael F. Frederick, Jr. to regional vice president


July 6, 1988, SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA

Michael F. Frederick, Jr. has been promoted to regional vice president of First American Title Insurance Company, according to President and Chief Executive Officer D.P. Kennedy.

Frederick, who will oversee the states of Pennsylvania and Delaware, was hired as a vice president-state manager in 1977. Prior to joining First American, he was involved in the industry through agency development, title examination, branch office administration, and claims. In 1987, Frederick, a past president of Pennsylvania Land Title Association, became one of only eight members of that organization to be named a "Certified Land Title Professional," its highest professional designation. He is a resident of Fairview Village, Pennsylvania.

First American Title Insurance Company operates through a network of more than 4,500 branches, subsidiaries, affiliates or agents throughout the United States. The company also provides title services in Guam, Mexico, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and England.
