First American Title's offices in Pennsylvania and Delaware announce personnel changes

Michael J. Fromhold of Media, Penn., has been appointed vice president and regional counsel for the region. Fromhold has had 14 years experience in the title insurance industry, including 11 years as counsel. He received a sociology degree from the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania, and a juris doctorate from Widener University School of Law in Delaware. He currently chairs the forms committee of the Pennsylvania Land Title Association and is also a member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations and the American Land Title Association.
William D. Himmelreich of Wayne, Penn., has been promoted from state counsel for Pennsylvania to associate regional counsel, serving both Pennsylvania and Delaware. Himmelreich has been with First American for five years, subsequent to a private practice in real estate law. He received a bachelor's degree from Gettysburg College and his juris doctorate from Widener University School of Law. He is a member of the American and Philadelphia Bar Associations and the Pennsylvania Land Title Association.
Warren R. Strouse has been promoted to vice president-branch manager. He has been working in the title insurance industry for 26 years. He joined First American in 1977 as a title officer and was made assistant vice president in 1979. Currently, Strouse is serving as the chairman of the public relations committee for Pennsylvania Land Title Association. He lives in Jeffersonville, Penn.
