First American Title promotes Kathy Lucido to Dane County manager

September 3, 1993, SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA

Kathy J. Lucido has been promoted to Dane County manager for First American Title Insurance Company, according to President Parker S. Kennedy. She will be based in the company's state office in Madison, Wisconsin. Lucido replaces John Bethell, who has been named vice president-state manager of Michigan for the company.

Lucido has worked in the title industry for over 15 years, primarily in sales. Her prior posts in First American's Dane County operations include commercial sales director, sales manager and, most recently, title manager.

Lucido first joined First American in Tacoma, Wash., and while there earned the Tacoma-Pierce County Board of Realtors' Affiliate of the Year award, and served as their program chairman. She currently serves on the program committee of the Madison Area Builders Association and is a member of Downtown Madison Inc. She and her husband, Lee Fisher, and their three children live in Oregon, Wisc.
