Morgan has worked for First American since 1967, beginning in the Santa Cruz office as a title plant poster. He continued to work for First American in the Bay Area until joining First American's corporate staff in 1981 as a vice president-assistant senior title officer. Morgan has headed the home office underwriting department since December of 1989.
"Morgan is a nationally known title expert who is responsible for underwriting major transactions both nationally and internationally," Kennedy said. "He advises First American's regional counsel, title underwriters and escrow officers throughout our network of offices and agents."
Morgan has been an active member of the California Land Title Association (CLTA) for the last 16 years. He is currently the chairman of CLTA's Forms and Practices Committee. He is also serving on the forms committee of the American Land Title Association.
Morgan resides in Colton, California, with his wife Jean.
