July 25, 1994, SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
Sullivan joined First American's national staff in April 1992 as vice president-claims counsel. Prior to joining the company, he was in private practice for 18 years, 11 of which were spent serving as First American's outside counsel.
"Tim has been working closely with Bert Rush for over two years, with a special emphasis on major claims," Kennedy said. "This training, in conjunction with his background as a trial attorney, lends itself very well to his new duties."
Sullivan received his bachelor of science in business administration from the University of Southern California and his juris doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. He and his wife Janette have two children.
