The Underwriting Library is an electronically published infobase which provides easy access to underwriting guidelines, title insurance forms, informative articles, and real estate practices nationwide, as well as a directory of First American offices. The program has been designed for use by First American employees, agents and clients. Publishing this software program was a collaborative effort between First American's Home Office Underwriting Department and CD Eureka, Inc., of Sherman Oaks, California.
"We are very pleased to have our product selected as Best Commercial Infobase," said Philip N. Webb, Assistant Senior Underwriter for First American. "The Underwriting Library is our first venture into electronic publishing, and it is gratifying to have our efforts acknowledged by Folio Corporation. We are enthusiastic about the positive response we've received from our offices and customers who use the program, and we plan to expand and to build upon its features in the future."
