First American Title names Thomas Brusca regional vice president of Oregon operations


March 1, 1995, SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA

Thomas J. Brusca has been named regional vice president of Oregon operations for First American Title Insurance Company, according to President Parker S. Kennedy. He will continue as regional vice president for Alaska and Washington.

Brusca began his title career with First American in 1961, working in the Riverside County, California, office. In 1972, he moved to Kern County as vice president-county manager. Brusca relocated to Seattle in 1975 to become vice president-state manager of Washington operations. He was named regional vice president for Washington in 1984 and for Alaska in 1991.

Brusca is active in business organizations. He is a long-standing member of Washington Land Title Association, for which he served as president 1983-84. He also served on the board of trustees for Bellevue Community College in Bellevue, Washington in 1992 and on the board of trustees for the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle in 1993.

Brusca and his wife Joan reside in Redmond, Washington. They are the parents of two grown children and have three grandchildren.
